- Complimentary Engagement: A complimentary engagement session near Saskatoon (100 KM from the farm)
- Sneak Peak: A solid sneak photo preview within a week.
- Unlimited Photo Gallery: ALL possible photographs are edited and curated in both colour and black & white. We guarantee a photograph minimum, and over-deliver!
- Online Gallery: All images are uploaded in high resolution for printing purposes and are available for six months after delivery in an easy-to-download gallery.
- Unlimited Downloads: These photos are for your entire community to enjoy, meaning you can send them the online gallery and download link.
- Accommodation & Travel: All travel and accommodation within Saskatoon (100 KM radius from farm). No accommodation & travel fees prior to April 30, 2025.
- Support with Timeline: We can work closely to create a wedding day timeline that maximizes your photography coverage. This will allow you to get the most out of your investment.
- Absymal Weather: We do the best we can with what we are given on the wedding day, it is a part of the charm. However, in the case of poor weather, a complimentary portrait session is available (within reasonable travel distance). Get re-dressed up, so we can re-capture the couple portraits under different weather conditions.
- Handpicked: We do our best not to double-book weekends. This allows us to be flexible on the wedding and put our creative energy into the process. (It also means a smaller editing queue.)

You will book a Zoom call so we can meet and discuss the details of the wedding day. Ultimately, we will decide if we are the right fit for each other!

If everything looks good, sign the contract and pay the $700 retainer.
Payments can be made via e-transfer or most major credit cards (with no extra fees). Then, with automated reminders, the payments can be spaced out (typically 6 months, 3 months and 1 month before the wedding).

As you plan for such a big event, there will be helpful guides and support. We can meet and discuss the timeline. About 4-6 weeks before, we will have a final meeting about the day.
