Unlimited Photo Gallery: ALL possible photographs are edited and curated in both colour and black & white. We guarantee a photograph minimum, and over-deliver!
Online Gallery: All images are uploaded in high resolution for printing purposes and are available for six months after delivery in an easy-to-download gallery.
Unlimited Downloads: These photos are for your entire community to enjoy, meaning you can send them the online gallery and download link.
Accommodation & Travel: All travel and accommodation within Saskatoon (100 KM radius from farm). Accommodation & travel expenses may apply outside Saskatoon.
Support with Timeline: We can work closely to create a wedding day timeline that maximizes your photography coverage. This will allow you to get the most out of your investment.
Absymal Weather: We do the best we can with what we are given on the wedding day, it is a part of the charm. However, in the case of poor weather, a complimentary portrait session is available. Get re-dressed up, so we can re-capture the couple portraits under different weather conditions.
Handpicked: We only take on 10-18 weddings annually, so we do our best not to double-book weekends. This allows us to be flexible on the wedding and put our creative energy into the process. (It also means a smaller editing queue.)

FAQ

What happens if the weather ruins our wedding portraits?

We work with the weather, and we do our best. It's part of the charm of your wedding day. However, in the case of abysmal weather, we can reschedule couples' portraits for better weather on a different day/season. This is a complimentary service, as I want to ensure you love your portraits.

Do you travel?

I try not to travel far from the farm (Saskatoon).

If you take me to a place close to a loved one, I will consider it (e.g., Medicine Hat, Calgary, Vancouver Island, or BC Lower Mainland).

Good news, I have free places to stay all over the West.

I can be convinced into a designation wedding from October - April. Inquire for custom invoice.

What is the payment schedule?

The retainer fee is $700 + taxes for all wedding packages and due upon signature. Then, the payments can be spaced out (typically 6 months, 3 months and 1 month before the wedding).

FAQ

Will there be additional fees?

It really depends on the project and location because there could be mileage, car rental, private accommodation (night before and day of the event), and/or flights. They must be reimbursed promptly as they are booked for the project.

For Saskatoon-based weddings, most likely not.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

You will receive a solid sneak peek within a week and then are added to an edit list.

The remainder of the gallery takes about 12-16 weeks, depending on the season. Summer and fall are my busy months in photography and on the farm.

How soon should we book? What payment methods are available?

As soon as you know, because I photograph a limited number of wedding clients yearly.

We accept e-transfer and most credit cards.

Book a Zoom call, so we can meet and discuss wedding day details.

If everything looks good, sign the contract and pay the $700 retainer.

Engagement Session

Book a complimentary engagement session where we will practice some poses and prompts, so they are more familiar on your wedding day.

Wedding Planning

There will be helpful guides and support as you plan for such a big event. We can meet and discuss the timeline. About 4-6 weeks before, we will have a final meeting about the day.

Wedding Day

We celebrate and document your well-planned day. You can trust me to capture all the playful, sweet, candid moments throughout the day.

Sneak Peek

You will get a little glimpse of your day via an online gallery soon after your wedding day.

Final Gallery

You will get a curated gallery of images that represent your beautiful day and love story via online gallery.

Referral Program

You can earn your entire wedding back with the referral program. For every client that books and listed you as the referral, you get paid. Make sure that I have the most updated e-transfer email and you can unlimitedly earn.
